Formazione 4.0

Formazione 4.0 (Training 4.0) is a financing instrument of the Ministry of Economic Development intended for all companies to encourage the process of technological and digital transformation by creating or consolidating the skills enabling the transition 4.0.
It provides for incentives of up to 60 per cent on expenses incurred for staff training and digitalisation of operating methods in the context of Industry 4.0.
The subsidised Training 4.0 measure generates tax credits, which will be usable from the tax period following that in which the eligible expenses were incurred.
Professionals and/or self-employed income-earners and companies in a state of overt crisis (in bankruptcy or under composition procedure) and not complying with workplace safety regulations are not eligible for the tax credit.
